We will dispatch your order within 48 hours after receiving payment confirmation from PayPal or Eway or from our Business Bank account if you paid by Direct Deposit. We use Fastways Shipping throughout Australia (though we may from time to time use an alternative carrier). You will ALWAYS receive a tracking number which you can check online. Can I get a refund?
Refunds to not apply for incorrect ordering or for ‘changing your mind’. Under Australian law, you are only entitled to a refund in specific circumstances such as, if an item is not as described as the item listed, or as per certain circumstances under warranty e.g. not being used as per instructions.
Can I exchange my purchase?
We always encourage customers to choose carefully. If you have chosen the wrong item we can exchange it under the following conditions:
- The item is in its original packaging and is unused.
It is returned to Bump N’ Stop at your expense
It is exchanged for items of same or greater value
